What is?

Embodiment coaching is based on the belief that our bodies hold important information about our conditioning, thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and that by becoming more aware of–and connected to–our bodies, we can gain greater insights into ourselves, which is key when it comes to making lasting change.

Intuitive bodywork views the person in their wholeness and supports a re-patterning process within the body and integration on all levels of their being to promote healing and vitality.

Somatic Groundwork is an experiential and creative movement practice that helps us move and feel better by tapping into our regulatory systems: the fascial matrix and autonomic nervous system.

Biotensegrity is a language of wholeness, a conceptual model that is causing a paradigm shift in our thinking about functional anatomy. Biotensegrity refers to soft matter physics using terms such as compression and continuous self-stressing.

Commonly Asked Questions

Do I have to have a background in Dance? No, we work with the  human body in its true and present
form. All you need is to have a human body to work with us.

Why do you place emphasis on the body? The one thing we all have in common is having a body. The
body is where everything happens. The body is the starting point for everything we experience in human life, even thought is a product of body. When we focus on body we naturally include all aspects of ourselves.

Is this therapy? No, though it is extremely therapeutic. We believe that your own creative spirit is the
best therapist you can ever have. We guide you into your own knowing so you can guide yourself into
personal freedom. We teach you how to be self initiators and self healers!

What is the time commitment? We customize based on the needs of the client. Coaching sessions can
range from 1.5-2 hours for an individual and 2-3.5 hours for a group or partnership. We also offer body
work sessions that range from 1.5-2 hours.

How / where do sessions take place? In-person sessions take place in the Highlands neighborhood in
Denver, Colorado. We also offer Virtual sessions.

How are sessions scheduled? We use the Calendly App. Click the "Scheduling" page under TTB Coaching tab in the top banner.

What do I need to bring or prepare for a session? Comfortable clothing and a notebook with pen. You
are free to bring water. Don't forget your curiosity, open heart, and will!

What is a typical session like? Every session is customized to what is in best service to the client in that
moment. We always start with a baseline, dropping you into an awareness through techniques that help
us notice our bodies first.

What is the cost of the program? Every program design is customized to what is in best service for the
end result, or goal, of the client/group/business. We begin with a consultation to access what you are
asking for and then create a timeline, a program, and an associated cost based on that information to
present to you. You can find pricing for one-on-one Individual coaching and Bodywork under the TTb Coaching tab in the banner at the top on every page on this website.

Why do I need a coach? Just as the body is a process, learning about our underlying
assumptions and unconscious beliefs that drive our behaviors is also a process. By giving yourself the gift
of time to sort through the premise of duality, perception vs. intuition, you will receive real practice that
leads to a fully integrated life. Throughout this process, it is important to have someone trained in this
work to help hold the line of integrity while you calibrate this new 180 degree orientation shift to work
and live by.
