Intuitive Management Training Course
Are you and your management team aligned?
Description: Aligning your management team with your vision as the business owner, entrepreneur, or director is critical for any program to succeed. In this course, we meet with your team in groups and in one-on-one sessions to create a vision together, identify where each individual can contribute to that vision, and any potential behaviors keeping individuals from creating that vision. We give tools to get beyond these personal hold ups and actions to move your group into an effective team where everyone knows the specifics of their roles and use their natural gifts and talents to progress forward together.
Complimentary Consult: We will design a course program specific to your desired outcome. We start with an initial phone call for you to share what you are looking for and ask any additional questions you may have. Then we will finalize a timeline and cost for the program design that best suites you and your desired outcome. You do not have to sign up for the course prior to this consult.
Length of Time: Depending on the information from our consult, and the size of your team, the length of time will range from 6-12 weeks. Typically, we meet once a week for 2-3 hours.

Wellness Seminar
Supporting your employees + team to better serve your business.
Description: A comprehensive training and education on how to befriend your body's innate structures and functions to find optimal workflow, ease and consistency. There are many technologies and societal patterns that are not in alignment with what the millions of years of evolution have designed for our bodies. Becoming aware of these biological imperatives and the movements and attention techniques to bring you back into presence supports the whole human in doing an effective and enjoyable job.
